TL;DR
You don't need an AI strategy. You need one workflow that runs by Monday. Here's the 90-minute drill.
Skip the AI strategy deck. The single highest-leverage move for any operator is to have one working AI workflow by Monday morning. Ninety minutes, one output, done.
Minute 0–15. Pick a task you do every week. Not the flashiest — the most repeated.
Minute 15–45. Open Cowerk, choose the matching scenario, upload the last three instances of the task.
Minute 45–75. Run the lesson. Save the deliverable. Ship it into your usual Slack thread.
Minute 75–90. Star it as a template. Next Monday, the workflow runs in five minutes.
